Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing services staff, including scheduling and assignments.
• Ensure the nursing department functions efficiently and professionally at all times.
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
• Monitor and maintain documentation to comply with all federal and state standards.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
