Healthcare-Organization in Northeast Ohio is seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our clinical operations and ensure the highest standards of resident care. The role reports to senior leadership and drives quality outcomes through strong governance and hands-on mentorship.

You will oversee nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, recruit and develop a skilled team, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advance patient care and resident

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Leadership experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post‑acute settings.
• Strong knowledge of Ohio and federal regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all nursing services.
