O’Neill Healthcare Middleburg Heights is seeking a Director of Nursing. The candidate must be a licensed RN in Ohio with at least two years of long-term care and managerial experience.

Qualifications:

• Must have an active RN License in State of Ohio
• Must have two years of experience in a geriatric setting
  • Two years of supervisory experience in a geriatric setting is strongly preferred.
• Must have familiarity with Point Click Care
• Must have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Must enjoy working with the elderly
• Must be able to project a positive attitude and promote the facility and its staff/residents in a positive manner.
