Ohio Living seeks a Director of Nursing to plan, organize, develop and direct the Nursing Department of a life plan community in Ohio. You will ensure high quality care aligned with federal, state, and local standards, while guiding staff and maintaining compliant operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, staffing, budget oversight, and collaboration with resident services to deliver safe, compassionate care and positive resident experiences.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree and active Ohio RN license are required.
• Experience supervising in a hospital, long term care facility, or related health care setting is required.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, and EMR preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee Nursing Department operations to ensure high-quality resident care.
• Monitor medication passes and treatment schedules and ensure documentation reflects care provided.
• Develop and manage staffing plans to meet resident needs and regulatory requirements.
• Lead policy development and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Formation

Nursing degree from an accredited college, university or vocational school

Current unencumbered license for the state of Ohio to practice as a Registered Nurse
