Job summary

Apploi seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) in Northeast Ohio to lead clinical operations and uphold top-quality resident care. The role drives nursing strategy, staffing, and performance while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, education, and performance of nursing staff, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent outcomes and resident satisfaction in a supportive leadership environment.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license in good standing.
• Nursing leadership experience, preferably in long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute settings.
