The ideal candidate will build strong teams, maintain a welcoming culture, and ensure the highest level of resident care. Licensed RN in the state and nursing leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in the state where practice is required.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing is required.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour nursing services and supervise the Nursing Department.
• Ensure care standards align with Federal, State, and company policies.
• Coordinate admissions decisions and participate in management meetings.
