Job summary
Outfield Healthcare Partners in Missouri is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our skilled nursing facility's nursing department. You will oversee 24/7 operations, hire and develop staff, and ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
You’ll build a high-performing team, coach staff, and drive quality of care and resident outcomes with strong leadership support from administration. This role offers a full-time leadership path and competitive compensation.
Qualifications
- Missouri RN license is required.
- 2+ years nursing leadership experience.
- 5+ years in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all nursing operations (24/7 responsibility).
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
- Hire, train, and manage nursing staff.
- Drive clinical quality and improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee care plans and coordinate resident care.
- Participate in admissions and evaluate incoming residents.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Monitor staffing, performance, and regulatory compliance.
- Step in for Administrator when needed.
