Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking an experienced Nursing Administrator to oversee Nursing Services for residents, ensuring care aligns with physician orders and regulatory standards. The role provides 24-hour supervision and directs the Nursing Department to uphold quality standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating total care plans, policy interpretation for staff, admissions participation, and contributing to management team discussions.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum five years in long-term or acute care; at least 2 years in nursing supervision.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for total resident care aligned with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and enforce policies to nursing staff; monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents as needed.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status, census, personnel, or complaints.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
