Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead all nursing operations and mentor nursing leaders. This role focuses on delivering compassionate, resident-centered care and driving high-quality outcomes.

The position requires a current RN license; BSN is preferred. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and LT care experience (3 years ideal) are highly desired.

Qualifications

• Current RN license is required.
• BSN preferred.
• Long-term care experience preferred, with three years ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead all nursing operations within the facility.
