Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT, is seeking an RN to provide resident-focused care, manage medication administration, and oversee nursing staff. The role offers a sign-on incentive and shift differentials to acknowledge after-hours work.

Qualified candidates hold a Utah RN license, master clinical assessment, and demonstrate teamwork with physicians and CNAs. PRN/on-call availability enhances staffing flexibility in this intimate, patient-centered facility.
