Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a welcoming, small-facility setting. New nurses welcome to apply, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and PRN on-call options.

As an RN, you will assess residents, administer medications, monitor health outcomes, and lead CNAs while collaborating with physicians and care teams to ensure high-quality care.
