Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Full-Time Nursing Leader to oversee all nursing operations, mentor and support nursing leaders and staff, and drive quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.

This role partners with the Administrator to meet regulatory requirements, coordinate staffing and performance, and foster accountability, teamwork, and compassionate, resident-centered care. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BSN preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards.
• Long-term care experience preferred, with three years ideal.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
