Job summary
Spring Creek Healthcare Center in Utah is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations. You will help ensure care quality, compliance, and staffing align with resident needs.

Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed in Utah.
- Minimum one year of successful nursing experience in a skilled nursing/long-term care facility.
- Genuine love and concern for the geriatric population.
- Attention to detail and ability to direct others and manage schedules.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Provide coaching, performance management, and discipline.
- Oversee daily nursing care delivery across all units.
- Ensure care plans are implemented and updated appropriately.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition.
- Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Address and resolve clinical issues such as falls, wounds, and infections.
- Help manage staffing schedules and coverage.
