Job summary

Maple Crest Health Center, part of American Baptist Homes of the Midwest in Omaha, NE, is seeking an ADON-RN to lead nursing and clinical services on a full-time day shift with rotating weekends, holidays, and occasional on-call duties.

You will manage resident care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with regulations, and support staff development in a person-centered care environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in NE required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• 2 years of supervising experience in healthcare required.
• Geriatrics experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee nursing and clinical services.
• Manage and coordinate resident care to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
