Qualifications

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• 3–5 years clinical nursing experience; home health preferred.
• Previous nursing leadership/management experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for all clinical operations and staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop clinical team members.
• Establish clear expectations and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
