BrightStar Care of Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations and guide a dedicated nursing team in delivering high-quality home health care.

As a nursing leader, you will ensure regulatory compliance, oversee care plans and documentation, mentor staff, and drive patient outcomes through clinical excellence and collaboration with physicians and partners.

Formación

• Active RN license in Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in home health, primary care, or healthcare facility.
• Nursing leadership/management experience preferred.
• Experience with IV therapy, wound care, and G-tube care preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for all clinical operations and staff.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop RNs, LPNs, therapists, and home health aides.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and agency policies.
• Review care plans and patient records for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals.
• Support referrals and growth initiatives.
