Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management is seeking an experienced Nursing Services Administrator to oversee nursing operations for residents in line with physicians' orders and regulatory standards. You will provide 24-hour supervision and guide the Nursing Department to maintain quality of care at the facility.

In this role, you will assume center operations in the administrator's absence, perform the nursing process under the state's Nurse Practice Act, and work with the management team to ensure compliance,

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with current state licensure.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate plans for total resident care in accordance with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and evaluate prospective residents.
• Attend and contribute to daily and weekly management meetings about resident status and issues.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
