Sweetwater Care in Marysville, CA seeks an experienced RN to oversee Nursing Services, ensuring care plans meet physicians' orders and regulatory standards.

You will supervise nursing staff, participate in admissions decisions, and lead daily/weekly management meetings to address resident status and concerns. RN license valid in California with 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.

Formación

• Currently licensed Registered Nurse in the state practiced.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate plans for total resident care compliant with physician orders and regulations.
• Interpret and communicate policies to nursing staff and monitor practices.
• Participate in admissions decisions and visit prospective residents.
• Attend daily and weekly management meetings to discuss resident status, census changes, personnel, or complaints.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
