Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total resident care plans aligned with physician orders and regulations.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality standards and appropriate staffing.
• Communicate policies to staff and monitor adherence.
• Participate in admissions decisions and review resident status with the team.
• Ensure compassionate care, cleanliness, and resident safety.
• Handle clinical operations in the Director's absence.
