Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management seeks a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services across our Minnesota facilities. You will oversee RAI, MDS coordination, care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance while guiding staff and coordinating interdisciplinary care.

You will manage staffing, promote efficiency, and ensure medication safety in partnership with administrators. Strong leadership, communication, and education aligned with policies are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in Minnesota.
• Training in rehabilitation, gerontology, nursing administration, management, supervision, or psychiatric/geriatric nursing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain nursing service objectives and care delivery systems.
• Lead alignment of admissions, discharges, referrals, and interdisciplinary care planning.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, supplies, and equipment within budget guidelines.
• Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture and ongoing staff education.
