Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct the Nursing Service Department in accordance with standards.
• Develop and maintain a high-performance team with ongoing training.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with other departments for effective communication and coordinated care.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care for each resident.
• Monitor and report departmental performance metrics including quality, safety, and financials.
