Highland Park Care Center in Alliance, Nebraska, seeks an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to provide clinical leadership for the nursing services department. Lead staffing, ensure safe, resident-focused care, and drive quality and compliance across the program.

This leadership role emphasizes staff development, regulatory adherence, and a culture of accountability and excellence within a compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all nursing services within the community.
• Ensure delivery of safe, effective, and resident-focused care.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, and retention for nursing personnel.
• Coach, mentor, and support nurses and clinical team members in their professional growth.
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve positive outcomes.
• Monitor clinical programs, quality measures, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Develop and implement plans for continuous improvement in resident care and services.
