Job summary
East Park Care Community is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct resident care, oversee STNAs, and contribute to care planning. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes and compliance with care standards.

Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse in the relevant state.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to lead when needed.
- Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, laws, and guidelines for nursing care facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including meds, wound care, and procedures.
- Supervise and direct STNAs to ensure high-quality care.
- Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct daily rounds to ensure high-quality care and identify improvements.
- Administer treatments and therapies as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to supervision.
