Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with the State of Texas.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Provide on-floor support to maintain high-quality care.
• Review payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor resident records for accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians to create individualized care plans.
• Ensure nursing staff have access to equipment and supplies.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff to improve outcomes.
