Qualifications

• Active RN license in Texas (State Board in good standing).
• Proven leadership in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills and restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services in accordance with guidelines.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Provide floor coverage to maintain high-quality care.
• Review payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor resident records for accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment and supplies for staff.
