Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our nursing team and shape the care experience for residents.

You will guide staff with professionalism, integrity, and clinical excellence to deliver high-quality care. In this leadership role, you will oversee compliance, recruit and develop nursing staff, support direct care on the floor, review payroll, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with physicians to create individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with State of Texas.
• Experience leading nursing teams in long-term care or geriatric settings.
• Strong clinical skills and restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Assist on the floor to maintain high-quality direct care.
• Review payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor resident records for accuracy and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment and supplies for nursing staff.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff to improve performance and outcomes.
