Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. You will help shape residents' care experiences and guide the nursing team to deliver restorative, high-quality care.

The DON will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, manage payroll and records, and ensure resources are available to nursing staff to maintain exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current RN license in Texas in good standing.
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with a restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services in compliance with guidelines.
• Recruit, onboard, schedule, and manage nursing staff.
• Provide on-floor support to maintain care quality.
• Review payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment and supplies for staff.
• Lead, mentor, and support staff to improve outcomes.
