Aspen Point Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead the nursing department in our Saint Charles, MO facility. You will oversee 24-hour nursing supervision, ensure clinical quality, and maintain compliance with state and federal standards.

The role requires RN licensure, SNF leadership experience, and strong communication with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifikationen

• RN license required and will need valid state licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
• Ability to lead and mentor a clinical staff team.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate nursing plans to meet physician orders and resident needs.
• Communicate policies and monitor adherence by staff.
• Participate in admissions decisions and resident status reviews.
• Attend management meetings to discuss census, personnel, and concerns.
• Develop nursing service objectives and job descriptions for nursing staff.
• Contribute to strategic direction and functional objectives.
• Establish operations strategies and measure performance metrics.
