Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership, direction, and oversight for resident care. This full-time role schedules days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) and offers a competitive salary range for MA nursing leadership.

The Director of Nursing will lead staffing, ensure quality care, mentor staff, and maintain regulatory compliance while partnering with leadership to achieve organizational goals and resident-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, active RN license in MA.
• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing care center, or related setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing plan for safe, high-quality resident care.
• Conduct rounds to monitor and enhance nursing care quality throughout the facility.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with residents, families, staff, and the medical team.
• Partner with the Administrator to ensure high-quality, person-centered care aligning with goals.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate departmental policies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff for professional growth.
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and clinical standards.
