Job summary

You will organize daily operations, coordinate services with other teams, supervise licensed staff, and ensure Safe medication management and charting, while directing performance improvements.

A nursing degree and Illinois RN license are required; supervisory healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current Illinois RN license to practice.
• 3 years of supervisor healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct day-to-day nursing department functions.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuous care.
• Perform administrative duties such as forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Ensure adequate staffing and appropriate use of medications and safety equipment per shift.
