Job summary

Aspen Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center seeks a Director of Nursing to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and director-level guidance to deliver person-centered care in a 127-bed facility.

We offer a full-time days schedule (Mon-Fri 9:00AM–5:00PM) and a competitive annual salary range of $120,000 to $160,000, with comprehensive benefits. Marquis Health Consulting Services supports this role as part of our mission for high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active MA RN license.
• Nursing degree from an accredited program preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years clinical nursing experience in a hospital, nursing care center, or related healthcare setting.
• Experience in supervision, leadership, and staff development required.
• Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing plan that reflects the department's clinical needs and supports safe, high-quality resident care.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor, evaluate, and enhance the quality of nursing care delivered throughout the facility.
• Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with residents, family members, staff, and the interdisciplinary medical team.
• Partner closely with the Administrator to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care that aligns with organizational goals and resident needs.
• Develop, implement, manage, and evaluate departmental policies and procedures in accordance with current federal, state, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to nursing staff to promote professional growth, teamwork, and clinical excellence.
• Oversee quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to ensure continuous enhancement of nursing services.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and clinical standards governing nursing care facilities.
