The Shores of Lake Phalen, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Maplewood, MN, is seeking a Wellness Director to lead resident care, oversee health-related services, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with 3–5 years in-home health or geriatric nursing.
• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.

Responsabilités

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents' health care providers.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
