The Shores of Lake Phalen, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee resident care in a skilled nursing/assisted living setting in Maplewood, MN. The role requires RN/LPN licensing and supervises nursing staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Two-year professional nursing experience in long-term care setting is required.
• Two-years supervisory/management experience with direct care staff is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and implements nursing policies and procedures reflecting current standards of nursing practice and regulatory compliance.
• Conducts resident assessments and recommends service packages to residents and families.
• Ensures delivery of compassionate quality care with appropriate staff coverage and facility cleanliness.
• Monitors infection control programs and OSHA safety compliance.
• Communicates with residents, families, medical staff and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
