Job summary

The Shores of Lake Phalen, a Sonida Senior Living community, is seeking a Wellness Director in Saint Paul, MN. This role requires a licensed or registered nurse with substantial in-home health or geriatric nursing experience and proven supervisory capabilities.

You will lead care delivery, ensure policy compliance and build relationships with healthcare providers, while supporting resident well-being and staff development. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Licensed or Registered Nurse with a minimum of three to five years in-home health or geriatric nursing in a similar position.
• A minimum of two to four years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assures implementation of policies and procedures relating to Resident care and oversight of all health-related services.
• Manages, coordinates and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Establishes working relationship with health care professionals in the community to include interactions with the Residents’ health care providers.
• Manages, coordinates, and directs all activities in accordance with state and applicable federal regulations, as well as Community policies and procedures.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
