Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical services and elevate resident care within a Texas facility. You will guide nursing staff with professionalism and integrity while aligning practices with regulatory standards.

You will oversee recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and documentation, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans. Strong leadership and restorative care focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Holds a current RN license in good standing with the State of Texas.
• Proven leadership experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with a restorative care approach.
• Demonstrates knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excels in organization, communication, and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Step in to assist on the floor to maintain high-quality care.
• Approve payroll submissions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor resident records for accuracy and appropriate documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans.
• Ensure nursing staff have timely access to equipment and supplies.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to improve performance and outcomes.
