You will answer phones, assist with resident care, document changes, stock supplies, and help with housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: 8th grade or higher.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business information.
• Ability to write reports and memos.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist Nursing staff with daily care and requested tasks.
• Answer phones and relay messages to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Transport residents to meals, activities, and appointments.
• Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and common areas.
