Job summary

PACS Group seeks a compassionate nursing aide to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents according to their care plans and supervision. You will greet residents, assist with daily living activities, check comfort, and help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

You will collaborate with nurses, document observations, and promptly report changes in residents' conditions, injuries, or complaints while upholding privacy and dignity at all times.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries accurately on charts and flow sheets.
• Report all changes in a resident's condition promptly to nurse staff.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Ensure privacy and confidentiality of resident information at all times.
• Follow policies for exposure to blood/body fluids and safety procedures.
• Assist with transportation and movement of residents as needed.
• Escort residents to rooms and appointments and keep environment calm and clean.
