Job summary

The Nursing Department student worker will provide support to the Dean, Assistant Dean, Director of Nursing, faculty, and staff by assisting with departmental tasks as needed. This on-campus position offers flexible hours designed to fit around your class schedule and provides a convenient campus location, with 16-20 hours per week and opportunities to gain experience in customer service, organization, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be an enrolled JALC student with at least 6 credit hours in fall and spring semesters.
• Maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have a FAFSA on file with the Financial Aid office.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet and assist students and guests.
• Assist staff and faculty with organization of departmental records and special projects.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and sensitive departmental information.
