Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for the Nursing Admissions Office and assist with recruitment activities.
• Enter and maintain prospective student information in the admissions database with accuracy.
• Communicate with prospective students by answering emails, calls, and inquiries professionally.
• Prepare and mail admissions and recruitment materials for prospective students.
• Welcome walk-in visitors and conduct building tours as needed.
• Organize recruitment materials, including information packets and travel supplies.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and maintain admissions records.
• Perform other office and recruitment-related duties as assigned.
