Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse in IL and/or WI.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing service administration experience.
• CPR certification or be certified within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities; capable of independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the Nursing Department.
• Ensure all nursing procedures follow established policies and is reviewed annually.
• Supervise and train staff to promote job knowledge and service quality.
• Identify problems and implement solutions with administrator support.
• Maintain nursing philosophy focused on quality care and rehabilitation.
