Job summary

Omega Senior Living Llc is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents according to care plans and supervision directions. You will complete shift reports, assist with meals, housekeeping and resident needs, and document changes in resident condition for timely action.

The role requires a current state CNA certification, a high school education or equivalent, and preferred 1 year of CNA experience.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Current CNA certification in the state.
• Must have completed a state-approved CNA training program and exams.
• Prefer 1 year of CNA experience in AL or SNF/Skilled Nursing Unit.

Certified Nursing AssistantProvide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.Essential Duties:Responsible for completing the daily shift report and communicating directly to the next shift any urgent needs.Perform all assigned tasks in accordance with our established policies and procedures, and as instructed by your supervisors. Demonstrates ability to manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift.Assists with resident care to include housekeeping, laundry, social needs, and demonstrates proper lifting techniques.Assists with serving meals and essential clean-up.Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative and descriptive manner.Report all changes in the resident’s condition to the DON/Charge Nurse/HWD as soon as practical.Agree not to disclose resident’s protected health information and promptly report suspected or known violations of such disclosure to the Administrator.Will keep certification current and participate in continuing education to include staff meetings, in services and web-based training.enefits:Competitive PayAdvance Pay- Don’t wait for payday, Treat yourself today!
