Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient care delivery system and optimizes operations in collaboration with physicians.
• Monitors patient appointments, flow, and records.
• Supervises staff for delivery of care and documentation in the EHR.
• Coaches staff on correct medical techniques and enforces disciplinary processes as needed.
• Manages supply function, including medications, vaccinations, and medical supplies.
