Capital Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead clinical practices located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the 2150 Pennsylvania Avenue building in Washington, DC. The role ensures safe, effective, patient-centered care while supervising nursing and clinical support operations onsite.

The Nurse Manager directly oversees two Nurse Supervisors and four Lead Medical Assistants, working closely with physicians and practice leadership to optimize staffing, workflows, training, and performance

Responsibilities
