Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current DC RN license, or evidence of application.
• Minimum two years of ambulatory care or related clinical nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, patient-facing nursing care in the ambulatory clinic setting.
• Support medication management and nurse-led care coordination.
• Perform nursing assessments and document findings in the EMR.
• Triage telephone and electronic messages per established nursing protocols.
• Escalate urgent clinical issues to the physician or APP as needed.
• Balance in-person clinical duties with timely, safe patient care and follow-up.
