Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's or health-related master's is preferred.
• RN license in Maryland or compact state required.
• CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Ability to use MS Office and clinical data systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises nursing and patient care services for multiple units.
• Escalates concerns and communicates with nursing and hospital administration.
• Leads staffing, scheduling, and governance activities.
• Promotes IMOC standards and patient safety goals.
• Rounds on units to engage patients and families and improve care.
