Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• 3–4 years of progressive nursing care experience required.
• Master's degree in Nursing or health-related field preferred.
• RN licensure in DC or Compact State required.
• CPR certification within 90 days is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise clinical and administrative resources to ensure holistic, culturally competent, high-quality nursing care.
• Lead and coach Division of Nursing associates; engage in governance activities and professional development.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain regulatory and accreditation standards across the hospital.
