Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required.
• Minimum 5 years BSN program teaching experience.
• Current RN license in Texas or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage a student tracking system for documentation and reporting.
• Conduct required criminal, background, and drug screenings for new applicants and faculty.
• Manage immunization records.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation communications for all cohorts.
• Arrange clinical placement requests for BSN courses.
• Ensure compliance with mandated clinical requirements.
• Communicate with faculty, students, clinical partners, and other institutions.
• Negotiate clinical engagement and advocate for agency commitments.
• Coordinate with the BSN Program Director to assign clinical adjuncts.
• Manage affiliation agreements with clinical sites and partners.
• Balance teaching workload with coordinator duties and participate in curriculum development.
• Advise students and contribute to ongoing curriculum updates.
