This role provides leadership and coordination across the BSN curriculum, ensuring clinical experiences meet course outcomes, CCNE standards, AACN Essentials, and Maryland BON requirements. The coordinator serves as the liaison between the nursing program and clinical partners, securing and evaluating placements, and supporting faculty to deliver high-quality clinical education that promotes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current, unencumbered RN license in Maryland or eligibility for Maryland licensure.
• Minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience.
• Experience in nursing education or academic administration.
• Knowledge of pre-licensure nursing curriculum and clinical education requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain clinical sites with healthcare agencies and partners.
• Collaborate with faculty to align clinical placements with course objectives and outcomes.
• Coordinate placement scheduling, tracking hours, and compliance with requirements.
• Assist with accreditation activities and program evaluation.
• Support regulatory compliance with Maryland BON, CCNE, AACN Essentials.
