Job summary

Southwest Minnesota State University seeks an Assistant Professor of Nursing & Prelicensure BSN Program Coordinator to lead teaching and program coordination for the PLBSN track. The role collaborates with the Department Chair and nursing faculty to ensure curriculum delivery, clinical planning, and program assessment.

Qualifications

• Earned master's degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Unencumbered Minnesota RN license.
• Experience teaching undergraduate nursing education.
• Leadership, project management, or program coordination experience.
• Experience advising/mentoring students.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate courses and coordinate the Prelicensure BSN program.
• Support curriculum implementation and accreditation activities.
• Engage with clinical partners and departments for program quality.
• Participate in service, research, and campus committees.

Education

Master's degree in nursing

Doctorate in nursing (preferred)
