Job summary

Stepful, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to build and lead the clinical instructor function for nursing programs.

The role starts with teaching two days per week in clinical or simulation labs and evolves into leading a team of instructors and coordinating across site partners and academic leadership. The position requires an active RN license, a Master’s in Nursing, and 2+ years of teaching clinicals, with up to 50% travel to sites in Ohio, Michigan, and surrounding states.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license.
Master’s degree in nursing.
2+ years teaching clinicals in a nursing education program.
Experience training, onboarding, or mentoring clinical instructors.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.
Strong organizational skills and scheduling abilities.
Relationship-focused approach to working with sites, instructors, and students.

Responsibilities

Teach and model clinical instruction at clinical sites or simulations.
Build and develop the clinical instructor team through recruitment and onboarding.
Own clinical site relationships and secure new partners as programs grow.
Run clinical operations including scheduling, coverage, and site onboarding.
Maintain documentation and compliance records and ensure audit readiness.
